Accordingly, at LAZOS we help our clients obtain a competitive advantage in this marketplace by increasing their bilingual workforce capacity by offering recruitment and employee development programs geared towards employees at all levels.

LAZOS’s core services lie in three principle areas:

arrow_small Translation Services (Spanish, Portuguese, English)

In addition to assisting companies in the workplace, LAZOS helps individuals connect with culture through the Spanish language. This is accomplished through LAZOS’s unique Spanish learning program that incorporates cultural immersion together with its language courses which results in an enriched experience and expedited learning process.

While LAZOS was officially formed as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Latin American Association in January 2009, we have been teaching language classes in the community for over 15 years and have been helping bilingual job seekers find jobs for over 25 years. So, although our business is not new to the Latin American Association, by forming LAZOS, we have been able to expand our service offerings while also bringing additional value to our clients.

Please visit our website and enjoy the wonderful testimonials from many of the great partnerships we share with several Employers of Choice in the market place.

To stay competitive in this economic environment it’s important to know who your customers are and know how to connect with them.

What do these statistic show? One thing is for sure – that having your employees reflect your customer base and speak their language will give you a unique advantage in this economy and ever-crowded marketplace.

One simple way to stay competitive is by investing in your current employees. Spanish, Portuguese or English classes are a cost effective way to build employee morale, enhance teamwork and invest in employees’ personal and professional growth, while achieving a positive return on your investment.

So if you’re a business that has or wants Hispanic employees or sells, or desires to sell, its goods or services to Hispanics, be sure to ask yourself:

arrow_small Are your marketing and training materials in Spanish?
arrow_small Are you effectively communicating with your workforce and are they receiving training and development programs in a language they understand?
arrow_small Would your employees benefit from learning an additional language at the workplace?
arrow_small Are you expanding abroad or to a new market segment and want to make sure you have all the necessary tools?

Think about it, we would love to hear from you!
