Onsite Interview Sessions arrow_small

Interview Sessions at the LAZOS Headquarters serve as a place to recruit the right candidates for your company. Our employment counselors will actively recruit qualified candidates from our database of over 10,000 bilingual job seekers along with our community networks. We will coordinate a day of back-to-back interviews with the employers to meet with the top candidates. Candidates will come to our offices to exclusively apply and interview for positions with your organization. This is a great solution for employers looking to fill many similar positions quickly and meet candidates that have already been prescreened and meet all qualifications.

“Without a doubt, Career Expo exceeded all of my expectations as a recruiter.
I feel privileged to be able to work with and alongside such a professional
organization as the Latin American Association. Being able to count on
this organization is why all Atlanta Latinos should be proud — I am!”

LAZOS
As our customer demographics have changed, we as a company have had to change the face of our workforce to better reflect the communities we serve. Partnering with the Latin American Association to conduct one on one interview sessions, postings on their job bank site, and participating in their onsite career fairs has greatly enhanced our ability to attract and retain quality bilingual talent. It has helped to position us as an employer of choice in the Spanish speaking community and has been an invaluable resource. I honestly don?t think we could have done it without their partnership. I anticipate a long and fruitful relationship for years to come.
