The LAA's INSPIRA! (Inspire!) Youth Programs provide a range of services designed to improve academic achievement for Latino students. Since success in middle school is so important for high school and beyond, INSPIRA! programs are focused on helping improve middle school performance by working at the middle school, elementary and pre-school levels.

Mami y Yo Early Literacy Program
Mami y Yo (Mommy and Me) is an early literacy program geared toward ensuring that children ages birth to four are ready for school. Through fun and interactive classes, the program supports parents and other family members to be their children’s first teachers.
Summer Camp Programs
Fun and interactive summer camps for youth ages 6-14 allow kids to have fun while participating in hands-on math, science and technology activities as well as field trips and cultural and recreational programs.
After School Programs
After School programs provide a positive and enriching environment where children engage in supervised activities such as tutoring, academic skills development, and physical fitness.
Latino Youth Leadership Conference
This exciting and inspirational conference serves over 1,000 Latino youth each year and features topics such as leadership development, opportunities for higher education, cultural awareness, and maintaining a positive outlook to overcome challenges.
Partner Programs
The LAA has partnered with different community organizations to offer programs such as Girl Scouts, Salsa, Sabor y Salud, Play and Learn, Estrellitas, and violin classes. Check out program schedules and info here.

School Enrollment Assistance
