The Immigration Services Department oversees consultation, referrals and legal representation services for people and families who comply with the requirements based on family income*, legal eligibility, and available resources. View eligibility requirements below.
Our lawyers and legal aides can help clients with the following services: • Family petitions • Domestic violence cases • Applications to adjust status to permanent resident • Citizenship • Replacement of the permanent resident card • Applications to remove the conditions for conditional residents • Application for certificate of naturalization • Motions to reopen before USCIS • Reinstatement of I-130 when the original petitioner passes away • Waivers if inadmissibility and other immigration applications.
The department does not accept cases in regards to political asylum, employment based petitions, student visas, investor, or professional visas.
